Kia ora, Talofa lava and warm Pacific greetings,

My name is Queen Shirl'e, an independent recording artist, entrepreneur, community leader, and founder of QS Productions Ltd and Queen Shirl'e Academy in South Auckland, New Zealand.

For many years, I have dedicated my life to empowering young people, women and families through music, podcasting, artist development, entrepreneurship and community programmes. My mission has always been to create opportunities for others, inspire future leaders, and create lasting impact in our communities.

Today, I have been given one of the biggest opportunities of my life.

I have been invited to attend the SHE-EO Leadership Bootcamp 2026 in Mauritius, hosted by the Female Founders Initiative Global. This prestigious international event brings together women entrepreneurs, innovators and leaders from around the world to learn, collaborate and build meaningful global partnerships.

During the event, I will also be honoured at the 50 Under 50 Awards Gala. I have officially been recognised as the first Pasifika woman to receive this global honour, celebrating my leadership, entrepreneurship, music career and commitment to empowering youth, women and communities.

As a proud Samoan woman from South Auckland, this recognition means so much more than receiving an award. It represents every young Pasifika person who dares to dream, every single parent pushing through adversity, every entrepreneur building something from the ground up, and every community that has believed in me throughout this journey.

I don't see this as my achievement alone — I carry my family, my community, Aotearoa New Zealand and the Pacific with me.

Why I'm Fundraising

Our goal is to raise NZ$25,000 to help cover:

• Return international flights for myself and my support person
• Accommodation
• SHE-EO Leadership Bootcamp registration
• Local transportation
• Meals and daily expenses
• Travel insurance and travel-related costs
• Content creation equipment to document the journey
• Support person travel expenses

Every dollar raised helps make this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity possible.

Giving Back

When I return to New Zealand, I will share everything I've learned through community workshops, youth programmes, podcasts, speaking engagements, social media and Queen Shirl'e Academy so that others can benefit from the knowledge, global connections and inspiration gained throughout this experience.
